Yayasan Pusat Informasi Lingkungan Indonesia (PILI Green Network), as the implementing partner of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) for the GREEN (Growing Resilience through Emissions Reductions, Community Empowerment, and Ecosystem Restoration for a Nurturing Future) for Riau initiative (G4RI), is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to support the implementation of project activities in Riau Province.

We hereby invite applications from experienced consultants for the following positions:

  2. Development of Nesting and REDD+ Governance (Please click here to read the Terms of Reference)
  3. IT System Development Expert (Please click here to read the Terms of Reference)

Expected Contract Start Date:
1 January 2026

General Requirements:

  • Proven experience relevant to the consultancy area.
  • Strong understanding of environmental governance, community-based natural resource management, and/or climate-related policies (depending on the position).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multi-stakeholder platforms, including government agencies, local communities, Indigenous Peoples, civil society, University, research agency, donors and private sector.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with REDD+, safeguards, policies, carbon pricing, regional planning, and project implementation standards will be considered an asset.
  • PILI and UNEP strongly encourage applications from women, Indigenous Peoples, local community members, and individuals from diverse backgrounds. Commitment to gender equality, social inclusion, and respect for cultural diversity is essential.
